Turkey Day 2010

We had a great trip to Sissy and Noah's for Thanksgiving last week. Hannah has officially inherited one of my most indearing traits...she gets just as car sick on trips as I do. If only she was tall enough to drive, I'd let her so she wouldn't get so sick. The trip over made it our 6th consecutive tip where she barfed in the car. I used to blame it on milk or food but now I think she just gets car sick. I need to store a hazmat suit in with the spare tire for future trips.

Aside from that, we had a great visit. Some fun outside play time, plenty of crying, laughing and toy stealing from the kids, a little decorating, a lot of cooking and eating and with it being the holidays there was always a good reason to open a bottle of bubbly before noon. Hannah couldn't get enough of Ellie and wakes up most mornings asking where Ellie is.

Thank you sissy for hosting. You are such fun to be with even if there is always a child attached to you!

sorry ellie...hannah loves a new baby

did someone say double dog dare?
it's only a 50-60 foot drop, I'm sure the photo makes it look much further ;-)

I love a rainy day

Dinner is in the crock pot, a quiche is in the oven, laundry is almost done, the bathrooms are sparkling clean and both babies are snoozing away.... I do love a rainy day!

Let the season begin!

Rachel and I decided to do a little christmas shopping together last night and laughed ourselves silly when we tried to fit everything into Russ's truck. I couldn't put my feet down because there were so many bags on the floor and the back was filled to the top with sleds, globes, groceries, toilet paper, baby dolls and army tanks. HO HO HO!!!

October

I don't remember halloween lasting the whole month when I was a kid. But it sure does these days. Hannah and Jonah dressed up a few times a week the whole month leading up to the real deal on the 31st. We had lots of fun with family and friends....

Hmmmmmmm....It appears I've forgotten about our family blog for a bit. Life certainly hasn't stopped, just my blogging. I will attempt to gather some photos to capture Fall 2010 here at the Trueman house.
