thank you ladies

On Saturday, I met the girls for a really nice lunch at La Chatalaine in honor of baby girl trueman.  Rachel was the hostess with the mostess and while I insisted on not having another shower since if feels like jonah's was just a few weeks ago ;-) I  REALLY, REALLY appreciated all of the thought and planning that went in to having this special lunch!  Thank you for the laughs, yummy food and pastries and all of the wonderful gifts and gift cards.  Jill - I'm still so impressed that you made such a darling bouquet...!

Tubby Time!

We tried something new the other day...finger painting in the bathtub!  It was messy and fun and I'm sure we'll try it again but not with out aquasocks.... ;-)

Silly Hat Day

Coleen, the Director at the Goddard School sent Doug and I this picture on Monday....it was Silly Hat day and apparently Jonah couldn't get enough of this hat.  Where did our baby go?  He's a little boy now!!!  I'm shedding a tear....

Doug's first day of school

Doug started at Cardinal Health on January 5th!  Hooray for Doug!  He left the house bright and early after having breakfast and a pep talk with Jonah.  I'm pretty sure I saw him do the leprechaun heel click as he headed out the door to his car, mumbling something about being back in society....

It's been awhile since Jonah has seen his friends the Tates. They came over for a little visit last weekend and got to play in his new room....thank you for playing and for bringing baby girl trueman the darling little one-sy (how do you spell that?)

Holiday '08 photo recap

Christmas has come and gone but not with out visiting our families in Aurora and Canton, well Waynesburg and having alot of fun.  We baked cookies with the Truemans and went to Hudson for a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner.  Then we got to see Sissy, Noah, Anna and Benjamin at the Farm for a few fun filled (and sick filled, poor jonah) days.  Santa managed to keep track of us as we traveled from place to place and even delivered a Rocketship to his new "big boy" bedroom before we left...Thank you Santa and all of Santa's helpers for making this such a fun filled holiday season!
